Ilan E. Medad MD, FRCP(C)
Dr. Ilan Medad attended The University of Western Ontario obtaining his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He went on to obtain his MD from the University of Toronto and continued his residency training in both Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology at U of T. After his securing his Fellowship he joined the Department of Medicine and Division of Gastroenterology at Humber River Regional Hospital in 2005, working primarily at the Finch Site. He previously served on the Medical Staff Association Executive. He presently is the Medical Director of Endoscopy and GI at Hennick Humber Hospital. He has a busy outpatient practice with interests in general gastroenterology, hepatology and endoscopy. When he is not practicing medicine he enjoys travel, cooking, sports, music and spending time with his family.
