Step 1: Open the website – click on the icon with the lowercase “I” to the left of the website URL

Step 2: This window will show up when you click the icon. Click on the option with the gear saying “Site settings”

Step 3: The settings options will open in a new tab, scroll down until you see the puzzle piece icon that says “Flash”

Step 4: Click on the drop-down menu beside “Flash” and click the option that says “Allow”

Step 5: Close the settings tab by single-clicking the small “x” button on the “Settings” tab

Step 6: Reload the website tab

and try installing or updating Silverlight

Step 1: Open the website

Step 2: Step 2: Click on the icon with the lowercase “I” inside the circle with the text that says “Show site information”

Step 3: Under the heading that says “Website permissions” you’ll see a control for Adobe Flash.

Step 4: Make sure that Adobe Flash is turned “On”. If it is turned off, click the slider once and it will change from grey to blue and say “On”

Step 5: Click on the icon that looks like an arrow rotating clockwise to refresh the webpage.
