Q: How do I claim my e-certificate for a live session?

In order to obtain your e-certificate for a given session you must complete a session evaluation form which will become available as soon as the session ends.

The evaluation form can be found on the same webpage as the live session or within the My Account section of the website.

All your certificates (live and on demand) can be found under My Account.

Q: How do I claim my e-certificate for a On-Demand session?

In order to obtain your e-certificate for a given on-demand session you must first access/watch the recorded session, then register for the session, and finally complete a short post test and complete a online session evaluation form.

Recorded sessions are free to watch but access to session evaluation forms require registration which sometimes has a small administrative fee associated.

All your certificates (live and on demand) can be found under My Account.

Note: On-Demand E-certificates are only available to those who could not attend the live session.

Q: Why can’t I see or hear anything during an online sessions?

All modern browsers should be able to view and hear the live sessions (including tablets and phones). For the best most reliable experience we recommend an up to date version of the Chrome or Firefox browsers on a desktop or laptop computer.

If you are having technical difficulty please make sure you are NOT using Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) or an old version of Safari.

Note:  You may need to click “Unmute” when the session starts.

Q: I missed the live session, will there be a recording available?

All sessions are recorded but their availability is at the discretion of the presenter(s). When/if a recording becomes available we will notify everyone who registered for the session by email.
