Michael Mak is a sleep medicine specialist and staff psychiatrist at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health. He serves on the Education Committees of the Canadian Psychiatric Association and American Academy of Sleep Medicine. He was inducted as a Fellow of the Canadian Psychiatric Association in 2022. Dr. Mak was elected Vice President, Clinical of the Canadian Sleep Society in 2023. He was inducted as a Fellow of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine in 2024. He is a standing member of the Royal College AFC Committee in Sleep Disorder Medicine. He is the President-Elect for the Canadian College of Neuropsychopharmacology.
