Liam Finlay MBChB, FRCPC, CHS
Dr. Liam Finlay is an internal medicine specialist who, since completion of his residency training at McMaster University, has been practicing medicine at Mackenzie Health. Dr. Finlay has cultivated a dedicated interest in hypertension, leading to his certification as a hypertension specialist through the American Hypertension Specialists Certification Program (AHSCP) in 2023. Subsequently, Dr. Finlay founded the Toronto Hypertension Clinic, a centre which is focused on management of all forms of adult hypertension and primary prevention of cardiovascular disease. Dr. Finlay is passionate about hypertension education for patients and physicians alike, and enjoys the challenges inherent in managing resistant hypertension and primary aldosteronism.
