Humber River Hospital
Ian Brasg is the newest physician to join the Humber River Hospital infectious diseases group. He is excited to be contributing to care in Northwest Toronto, having grown up in Thornhill and now residing in York with his wife and family.
After undergraduate studies at Princeton University, he completed medical school, internal medicine residency and infectious diseases training at the University of Toronto. He also completed an additional year of fellowship in Toronto in infections relating to cancer, transplant and other immunocompromising conditions.
For the last 14 months, Ian has been serving as a medical expert for Humber River Hospital on COVID-19 and has assisted with the planning and execution of our response. He is currently completing his MSc in Systems Leadership and Innovation at the University of Toronto.
