Karli Mayo MD, FRCSC Obstetrician Gynecologist
Dr. Karli Mayo is an Obstetrician Gynecologist who joined the Humber River Hospital team in April 2019. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy at Dalhousie University in 2005 and worked as a clinical pharmacist. She went on to complete her Medical Degree from Dalhousie University in 2010, then residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at the University of Toronto in 2015.
Dr. Mayo has locumed at a variety of hospitals around the GTA including William Osler, Markham Stouffville, Women’s College, Mount Sinai and Scarborough Centenary. She has special interests in quality and safety in obstetrics, in addition to colposcopy, contraception and minimally invasive surgery. She is the co-lead of the MoreOb program and is 1 of the 3 ObGyn’s that created and run the Rapid IUD Clinic at Humber River Hospital.
